What data we collect

• الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان — عند إتمام طلب أو تسجيل طلب خاص.
• وصف الطلب المخصّص، وصورة مرجعية إن أرفقتها.
• بيانات فنية أساسية عن جهازك ومتصفحك تُجمع تلقائيًا من أي موقع (لتشغيل الموقع بشكل صحيح، بلا تتبّع إعلاني).

• Name, phone number, and address — when placing an order or a custom request.
• The custom request description, and a reference image if you attach one.
• Basic technical data about your device and browser, collected automatically like on any website (to run the site correctly, with no ad tracking).

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

How we use your data

نستخدم بياناتك فقط لتنفيذ طلبك: تأكيد الطلب، التواصل معك عبر الهاتف أو واتساب بخصوص التوصيل والدفع، وتحضير القطعة المخصصة إن وُجدت. لا نستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض تسويقي دون إذنك.

We use your data only to fulfill your order: confirming it, contacting you by phone or WhatsApp about delivery and payment, and preparing the custom piece if applicable. We don't use your data for any marketing purpose without your consent.

أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

Where your data is stored

تُخزَّن بيانات الطلبات في قاعدة بيانات سحابية (Supabase) محمية بقواعد وصول صارمة، ولا يمكن لغير فريق المتجر الاطلاع عليها. سلة التسوّق تُحفظ محليًا في متصفحك (localStorage) ولا تُرسَل لأي جهة إلا عند تأكيد الطلب فعليًا.

Order data is stored in a cloud database (Supabase) protected by strict access rules, accessible only to the store team. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and isn't sent anywhere until you actually confirm the order.

Sharing data with other parties

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع جهات تسويقية. تُشارَك المعلومات الضرورية فقط مع مزوّد الاستضافة (Supabase) لتشغيل الموقع، وقد نستخدم واتساب للتواصل معك بناءً على الرقم الذي أدخلته.

We don't sell your data or share it with marketing parties. Only the necessary information is shared with our hosting provider (Supabase) to run the site, and we may use WhatsApp to contact you based on the number you provided.

يمكنك في أي وقت طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك المخزّنة لدينا أو حذفها، بالتواصل معنا مباشرة عبر واتساب.

You can ask to view or delete the data we hold about you at any time, by contacting us directly on WhatsApp.
