About these terms

باستخدامك لموقع MATERIA أو إتمامك طلبًا عبره، فأنت توافق على الشروط التالية. إن لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع أو إتمام الطلب.

By using the MATERIA website or placing an order through it, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the site or place an order.

الأسعار والدفع

Pricing and payment

جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالريال العُماني (ر.ع.) وتشمل القطعة فقط ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك؛ تُضاف رسوم التوصيل بحسب سياسة الشحن. الدفع عند الاستلام أو بتحويل بنكي، ونؤكد التفاصيل معك بعد الطلب. نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون أن يؤثر ذلك على طلب مؤكَّد مسبقًا.

All displayed prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and cover the piece only unless stated otherwise; delivery fees are added per our shipping policy. Payment is cash on delivery or bank transfer, and we confirm the details with you after ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without affecting an order already confirmed.

القطع والصور

Pieces and photos

كل قطعة تُصنع (طباعة أو صب) وتُشطَّب يدويًا، فقد تظهر فروق طفيفة في اللون أو التشطيب بين الصورة المعروضة والقطعة الفعلية — وهذا جزء طبيعي من الصناعة اليدوية لا عيب تصنيع.

Every piece is made (printed or cast) and hand-finished, so slight differences in color or finish may appear between the displayed photo and the actual piece — this is a natural part of handmade production, not a manufacturing defect.

الطلبات الخاصة

Custom orders

عند تقديم طلب مخصّص (وصف أو صورة مرجعية)، فأنت تقرّ أن لديك الحق في استخدام هذا المحتوى، وأن الوصف لا ينتهك حقوق أي طرف ثالث. نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب مخصص لا يمكن تنفيذه فنيًا أو يخالف هذه الشروط.

When submitting a custom request (a description or reference image), you confirm that you have the right to use that content, and that the description doesn't infringe any third party's rights. We reserve the right to decline any custom request that isn't technically feasible or that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

تصاميم MATERIA وشعارها ومحتوى الموقع محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية، ولا يجوز إعادة إنتاجها أو بيعها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

MATERIA's designs, logo, and site content are protected by intellectual property rights, and may not be reproduced or resold without prior written permission.

القانون المعمول به

Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وأي نزاع يُحل وفقًا لها.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any dispute is resolved accordingly.
