Delivery zones and fees

• داخل مسقط: رسوم توصيل 1.50 ر.ع. للطلب الواحد.
• توصيل مجاني داخل مسقط للطلبات بقيمة 12 ر.ع. فأكثر (شامل هذا المبلغ).
• استلام ذاتي: بلا رسوم توصيل، ودون الحاجة لإدخال عنوان — ننسّق معك مكان وموعد الاستلام بعد الطلب.
• خارج مسقط: لا يوجد توصيل تلقائي حاليًا عبر الموقع. تواصل معنا عبر واتساب وسننسّق الشحن معك بحسب المنطقة.

• Within Muscat: a delivery fee of 1.50 OMR per order.
• Free delivery within Muscat for orders of 12 OMR or more (this amount included).
• Self pickup: no delivery fee, and no address needed — we'll arrange the pickup place and time with you after ordering.
• Outside Muscat: there's no automatic delivery through the site yet. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange shipping with you based on your area.

Preparation and delivery time

كل قطعة تُصنع (طباعة أو صب) وتُشطَّب يدويًا بعد تأكيد الطلب، فقد يستغرق التجهيز بضعة أيام بحسب حجم الطلب وتعقيد القطعة. بعد تجهيز طلبك سنتواصل معك مباشرة عبر رقم الهاتف الذي أدخلته لتحديد موعد التوصيل أو الاستلام بدقة.

Every piece is made (printed or cast) and hand-finished after the order is confirmed, so preparation may take a few days depending on the order size and the piece's complexity. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you directly on the phone number you entered to arrange the exact delivery or pickup time.

الدفع عند الاستلام أو بتحويل بنكي — نؤكد التفاصيل معك عبر واتساب أو الهاتف بعد استلام الطلب.

Cash on delivery or bank transfer — we confirm the details with you over WhatsApp or phone after receiving the order.
